Jus Recently , I have realise that life is really ver short... Cause you will never know when will you be dyin everything in life happen all very sudden... Just yesterday(5 August) , i just attend my primary school friend funeral,you all must be thinking soo what? is not your problem ma... aiya, 1 people die only for some might think.. but do you know that my this friend is able to finish his "O" level ,like what most people did , and go to poly for further studies, this is where all things change.... he was told that he got brain tumor and need to stay at home to get better... he just started his 1st year poly and this have 2 hit him hard, no choice but to drop out off school...at first i do not know about it until my another friend which same primary school as us ask me if i still remember yi jun or not.. i find the name very familiar soo i say yar and ask why.. he told me that yi jun have pass away due to brain tumor. i was shock on the spot and cannot believe what i have heard.. soo i follow the rest of my primary school mate to pay a respect to him.. i cannot believe a 19th years old guy like that just pass away out of sudden and i also learnt that he have been hanging and fight against the death god for 3years from when he just start his 1st year poly... alot people will not feel anything but what i also want to say is that if you got time to spare, why not just sit down and start look around or maybe think who you might have been left out before everything is too late too repent... soo yi jun , thanks for letting me to realise this back and may you rest in peace and all will remember for the battle against death god desipte your illness

Miso Soup Recipe

Hey,Readers.... 2dae i gg to intro u all tis miso soup...=) Enjoy!!!

3 ounces dried soba noodles (I prefer 100% buckwheat)

2 - 4 tablespoons miso paste (to taste)

2 - 3 ounces firm tofu (2 handfuls),

chopped into 1/3-inch cubesa handful of watercress or spinach,

well washed and stems trimmed 2 green onions,

tops removed thinly sliceda small handful of cilantroa pinch of red pepper flakes

Cook the soba noodles in salted water, drain, run cold water over the noodles to stop them from cooking,

shake off any excess water and set aside.

In a medium sauce pan bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

Reduce the heat to a gentle simmer and remove from heat.

Pour a bit of the hot water into a small bowl and whisk in the miso paste - so it thins out a bit (this step is to avoid clumping).

Stir this back into the pot.

Taste, and then add more (the same way) a bit at a time until it is to your liking.

Also, some miso pastes are less-salty than others, so you may need to add a bit of salt here.

Add the tofu, remove from the heat, and let it sit for just a minute or so.

Split the noodles between two (or three) bowls, and pour the miso broth and tofu over them. Add some watercress, green onions, cilantro, and red pepper flakes to each bowl and enjoy.Serves 2 - 3.

okay... b4 i keep on muggin in my hmwk which is lyt deadline is 12 midnite.... i post tis first.... my 'gd' fren totally ruin my day man... my tis 'gd' fren aka back injury.... lols... ya... this injury total ruin my day... stil tinkin soo happily tat i m gg back for trainin after the sec 1 camp plus cny.... yet 2dae durin pe.... i jus sprain until my back again after recover 1 week ago frm the same injuries.... the whole day i m nt able 2 sit properly and best part is i hv 2 stare at my fellow db bros while i sit at the stadium alone durin trainin,.... tis feelin sucks 2 MAX!!!!!! no choice hv 2 rest again.... either dun go trainin and continue skoolin or else is dun rest and keep gg on... until i gt used 2 it..... ARRR!!!!! jus hate it........T_T......

Back From Camp!!!

Yo readers... I m back and is 'worst' than ever... hahaha... jus came back frm sec 1 camp and i can say is ... tis year SEC 1 IS VER POWER!!!... hahah hw 2 say le.. they kind of ento onli last day of camp when they r breakin off camp for my class 1/6.....lols...bt hope tat 1/6 can stay as 1 for the entire secondary skool life.....
Day 1
jus start the camp and i hv 2 start 'business' already.. my business aka first aider for the camp...
lols.. soo many sec 1 tis year injury themself lyt no ppl business.... here fall, there fall and the worst case is tat 1 student fall and dislocate his finger... OUCH!!!! OMG!!! tat is soo pain man... no choice... i cnt do anythin soo hv 2 col ambulance and send 2 hospital A&E already.....plus first day camp gt 10 ppl fall down and injury....
the sec1 kids hv 2 sings skool songs every meal and etc... blah,blah,blah... and the fun part of the camp is the shower part.. i and a few others who is ogl( orientation group leader) in-charge of the toliet and our duty.. make sure the kids dun take 2 long 2 bath.. soo.. we shout and bang the door of the toliet when they bathin.. haha.. i knw .. ver evil... then all over and wait till slpin time and sec 1 jus "2 excited" over the camp tat the entire of first nite nvr slp at all...OMG!!! the boys keep tokin away..slp for ard 1hours plus onli then wake up for second day activites....
Day 2
mornin let the kids hv sum light exercise and after tat pass it 2 ex-vendor... plan for camp fire and also prepare for games as i m one of the games master ofr day 2.... afternoon after lunch, start games and ended ard 5 plus.. gt the kids 2 bath and final prepare for camp fire performance and set up.... everythin went pretty good and ended off ver well also... hahah.... chase them 2 slp and all slpin lyt pigs... oink,oink.... hahah....went out wit sum ogls for supper as we onli allow 2 go out the second nite..... ate supper and after tat stay in canteen use lappy bt jus simply cnt connect 2 internet cos dun problem wit my lappy... T_T.... then ply poker wit li qiang, almakal and k.s(kun sheng) ply until 3 plus gg 4 all 2 tired soo went 2 slp in the canteen bench... slp until 6a.m and start wash up....
Day 3 ( Last Day Of Camp)
Last day of camp.... my class 1.6 is the most hyper class even though they did nt won any prize... bt still keepp up the spirts 1/6 =D.... clean up the whole skool and release the sec 1 ard 11a.m then slack until 1 plus and head hm and now i my turn 2 slp lyt pig..... oink,oink... hhaahah...
hope tat next year stil able 2 join the sec 1 camp b4 i go ns.... haha... and i will b the oldest bird at there once again... hhahaha.....
okay tat for the camp... hope 2 gt the 1/6 grp pic frm chers....=)......
okay.. i m back by demand... haha... tis year ogls... hv brought alot of laugher and shock to the camp... for instance... sum ogls which i dun wan mention names... haha...run straight 2 the metal pole while collin mi 2 go canteen for first aid help.... hahah... while sum.. also dun wan mention whoo.. scare ltr break my nose... haha... is shock mi alive... haha... she is able 2 b soo feirce tat i nvr expect 2 be while doin sum duty which is most of the student look forward 2 durin camp.. bt
afterall the camp is both fun and tirin 1.... most likely next year wil b gg there again b4 i go ns...=)

went out and meet gerald they all 2 celebrate x'mas... went out ard 4 plus frm changi airport cos i pei my mom and younger bro go ther makan 4 lunch.... then reach plaza sing and meet up wit gerald,alvin,jing mei aka mrs yang and victor first..
gerald complaint hungry soo all pei him go grab a bite at mos burger and wen yong join us after awhile then after tat went 2 opps plaza sing tat pub find 2 x for the jug of tiger.. keep argue.. blah,blah,blah.... aftermath go 2 bugis at first plan 2 watch movie bt all show start at 7:15 when we reach there lyt 7:30+++ soo all decided go roam ard bugis then meet up back at 8:30p.m... ard tat time alicia came and join us.. we walk 2 the pub where ver little ppl knw or they dun even knw... order jug of vodka and no vodka taste.. LOLS!!!.. told the ppl at there , after tat i and gerald order 1 jug of beer 2 drink and wenyong,victor and alvin order 1 jug 2 shar as well.. as time go by, vic and alvin were drunk... and they r soo funny when they r drunk.. wahaha... opps... wait 4 them 2 wake up frm their soo col ' lala land' we head down 2 the mrt and i and jing mei go off while others go eat supper.... home ard 12a.m bath and slp ...

2dae is a tirin day even though i did nt row 4 ite CE... i bcum camera man........=.=.... wake up 6.15a.m 2dae and rush 2 meet gerald and the rest 2 go 2 singapore river 4 tis year 2008 dragon boat regatta race.... along the way 2 raffles mrt in the train , was wen yong and victor join us ...... reach there was soo surprise as ther r ALOT OF PPL at ther joinin the race..... first thing lao shi do is ask mi b camera man.. WTH!!!!... I dun wan b camera man... i wan 2 go down and row....T_T...... nvrm stil gt next year..... envi them tat they can row and nt mi.. guess tat i nt as fit as them ba... train hard man ........ suntan the whole day and whole body wan red in colour now..... then last race 4 semi final 4 csc is postpond 2 tmr due 2 bad weather... tmr hopfully wil b gg 2 c them race and hope plus pray ITE CE can win 1st medal..... ITE DRAGONBOAT! WOOOOOSHA!!!!!! =)
